A Humble Giant Elephant Saved By Humbled People
Sri Lanka is full of massive farmlands around the island. The whole island is full of vegetation filled with rain-forests, grasslands, mountain regions, tea plantations, and farmlands. Local inhabitants in rural areas mainly engage in agriculture with self-made methods to support irrigation requirements.
A Humble Giant Elephant Saved By Humbled People- Sri Lanka is also full of wild elephants that roam freely through the jungles towards human villages close to their habitats. Most of these, wild elephants are kept in national parks and conservation parks in order to keep them safe as they are endangered species. This story is about a calm wild elephant that found its way stuck inside a farm well. With Limited support, villager and other authorities had to use their tools with only their hands to support.
They were successful in making the slope smoother for this elephant to climb out and that’s what exactly happened. The elephant was able to climb out from the well towards the direction of its habitat immediately.
Mission was a success for these village people who gathered around to save this wild elephant back to safety.
